Skott/Edwards Consultants provides client organizations with retained executive search, executive coaching and management consulting, and related support services including corporate governance, strategic organizational development advice, employee appraisal and related functions which directly assist in executive search.

The Company has its office in Cherry Quay, New Jersey.

Our domestic practice is geographically dispersed; approximately 35% of our business originates West of the Rockies and 20% is from the Midwest and the South. We enjoy a significant reputation for successfully completing executive search assignments with a sense of urgency and a concern for timeliness, cost effectiveness and quality.

Skott/Edwards Consultants was formed as a general management consulting firm, and the loyalty of our clients has insured that the firm continues to have a substantial client portfolio. A natural outgrowth of our general management practice has been an expertise in corporate governance. Additionally, we have become known particularly well within certain industry segments or specialty practice concentrations. These areas include: pharmaceuticals, biotechnology; medical device and health care services.
